Managing your outpatient appointment

Managing your outpatient appointment

Use the Manage My Care app

The free Manage My Care app allows you to track outpatient appointments and referrals for yourself and those you care for at metropolitan public hospitals.

Manage My Care makes it easy to:

  • see your outpatient appointments and referrals
  • update your contact details including address and phone numbers
  • request to reschedule, confirm or cancel upcoming outpatient appointments for select specialties
  • access information about your appointment and hospital visit.

Create a Manage My Care account (Healthy WA).

If you need help using the app, phone the Manage My Care support line on 1800 517 133.

If you can't use the Manage My Care app

To change an appointment

Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make it to your appointment or wish to change it.

Missed appointments mean other people wait longer for their appointment and our hospitals also miss out on funding.

To let us know you can’t make it to your appointment or to change it, you can call either:

  • Outpatient Direct on 1300 855 275, or
  • the phone number in your appointment letter or SMS.

Update your contact details

Please let us know if you have changed address or telephone number by:

  • advising clinic staff when you are here
  • phoning Outpatient Direct (Healthy WA) on 1300 855 275
  • phoning Outpatient Enquiries on 6152 5100.
